Sales- Did not return any calls regarding the paint, windshield and, fabric protection that I paid for but was not put on the truck. Service department does not provide any updates regarding time frame to diagnose time frame to complete the job nor does anyone at Kaiser, Michael Burch, Melissa in Sales or Michael in service return any phone calls. It’s honestly been a horrible experience. Also you have my truck still, the second time in 3 weeks of owning with still no diagnosis, a time frame for diagnosis. Still have not heard back from Michael Burch on why Kaiser Buick GMC charged me for services they did not perform.

Had a appointment for 10:30 am. My truck never moved for 45 mins, no one told me they were running behind. When truck was given back to me, there was greasy finger prints left all over my white truck. A grease rag was shoved in between my seats and left there. My change was thrown to the backseat from the cup holder in the center console. Why would you need to go through my center console for a oil change. Open the hood on my truck and found spilt oil in the 2nd battery holder tray not cleaned up. I guess when I asked the manager why even make a appointment when my truck is going to sit for 45 minutes, my truck was then rushed through service. Now I have to get the truck detailed to remove the grease stains.
