    Shaun, we are sorry for the delay. We do believe your appointment was for a Saturday and we are only opened from 8am to 1pm, and we had a problem with our internet and the Pico scope that is needed for your recall. We can set you an appointment for Monday thru Friday and provide you a loaner vehicle for the day and do your recall as we have IT on site during those days. Please feel free to call us and set an appointment that fits your schedule during the week, and we again are very sorry for the troubles that occurred during your last appointment.

    Rapid service fixed right. Engineers did horrible in placing a thermostat that required removing interference making the cost way higher than it should be. I'll stay with yah hopefully no more work soon.
