    Sales/Sarah listened and responded to my requested criteria. No BS…very efficient use of time. Made the effort to find the vehicle in the dealer network as Kaiser did not have it in inventory. Finance: very efficient close, talked us into the merits of extended vehicle coverage.

    Matt is service is awesome. I have had two minor issues with my 2024 2500HD AT4 and he assisted me with getting them both repaired under warranty. A great breath of fresh air in today’s society. This gentleman definitely defines Customer Service.
