Frank kept me informed on what was needed and when it would be taken care of in a timely manner The lady where you pay, I didn’t get her name but she was very nice and personable.

The dealership Experience was above par. Roy and John are excellent salesman. The manager at the service department was also very knowledgeable. I only have one minor complaint. customer amenity. In every dealership I visited before purchasing my Denali ultimate for around $88,000, a decent coffee machine was provided. This dealership has lousy Mr. coffee machine and a Spartan waiting area. i’m not looking for a cappuccino machine like my Mercedes dealership provides, just a nice coffee machine that says we’re glad you came into our dealership.

We have had good experiences in the past with Kaiser service but that was not our experience this time. We had an appointment for weeks for 11am , oil, rotation & a/c check. Dropped the car before 11, tried contact at 3:30 - no answer, no call back - finally reaching a csr at 4pm - who said he left vm - which we do not have- we were told that they didn’t get the chance to look at the car until 4pm- why make an appointment??!! We barely had time to get the car & make it to work on time (5ish) 6 hours for a tire rotation & oil change & systems check?! Then to be told that’s just the way it is. I’ll still use Kaiser but the service department could use some training in scheduling & customer service care.

Kaiser is great and have great workers!!!

The service person taken care of my self do a great job but at the end the truck still has issues.Also they told me GMC or the warranty pay for the rental at the end I paid for the car rental.

Everything went smooth, was very happy with my experience and will recommend the dealership to friends & family
